REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for services provided by Lagryn LLC (“Lagryn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a Lagryn service, accepting a proposal, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES

Many Lagryn services are customized according to the specific needs of each client.

These services may include:

Because these services may require planning, research, setup, development, or dedicated working time, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

3. CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS

If a client requests cancellation before Lagryn has started work on the project, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Any non-refundable transaction fees, third-party costs, software purchases, platform fees, or other expenses already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the specific project and payment arrangement.

4. CANCELLATION AFTER WORK HAS STARTED

If work has already started, payments relating to work completed, time spent, resources allocated, research performed, setup completed, or third-party expenses may be non-refundable.

Where appropriate, Lagryn may calculate the value of work already completed and refund only the remaining eligible balance.

Customized digital work that has already been delivered or substantially completed may not qualify for a refund.

5. COMPLETED SERVICES

Payments for services that have been fully completed and delivered are generally non-refundable.

This may include completed:

Any exception must be agreed to in writing by Lagryn.

6. DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Some projects may require an initial deposit or advance payment before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant proposal or agreement, deposits may become non-refundable once Lagryn begins allocating resources or performing work for the project.

The specific payment and refund terms may also be defined in the applicable service agreement.

7. SUBSCRIPTION OR RECURRING SERVICES

Some Lagryn services may be offered on a monthly, recurring, or subscription basis.

Clients may request cancellation of future recurring services in accordance with the applicable service plan or agreement.

Cancellation will normally prevent future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for services already provided or billing periods that have already started.

8. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Payments made to third-party providers are generally non-refundable by Lagryn.

These may include:

Any refund for a third-party service will depend on the refund policy of the relevant provider.

9. PAYMENT PROCESSOR FEES

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Where permitted by applicable law and the relevant payment provider, transaction or processing fees that are not returned to Lagryn may be deducted from any approved refund.

10. REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests should be submitted through Lagryn’s official contact channels.

The request should include:

Lagryn may request additional information where necessary to evaluate the request.

11. REFUND REVIEW

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on:

Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to approve refunds in other situations.

12. APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and location of the client.

Lagryn is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers after an approved refund has been submitted.

13. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients are encouraged to contact Lagryn before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve legitimate billing concerns directly.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed using relevant contracts, invoices, project records, communications, and proof of services provided.

14. PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS

Certain projects may have specific refund or cancellation conditions stated in a proposal, quotation, subscription plan, statement of work, or service agreement.

Where project-specific terms differ from this general policy, the project-specific written agreement will apply to that project.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Lagryn may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
